A new read for beginner sewers

SewStylish is a new magazine from The Taunton Press, the publisher of Threads magazine. I picked up a copy today and was delighted at the many sewing tips. Get your own Oscar dress

If you fell in love with some of the dresses from the Oscars, you'll be able to purchase your own in May. According to WWD, Allen Schwartz will be replicating some of those dresses worn at the 2007 Oscar's. A couple of those will include Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Lopez.
